October 18-21: ASM International Convention Columbus, OH * Manned a booth at the American Society of Materials International Convention in Columbus, Ohio. * Presented the OSU hybrid vehicle from a previous hybrid vehicle competition, while also presenting information on Challenge X. * Key audience members: Representatives from the advanced materials and properties industry. October 22, 2004: Presentation to OSU President Holbrook Columbus, OH * Gave a presentation to Ohio State president Karen Holbrook on the OSU hybrid vehicle from a previous hybrid vehicle competition and the current Challenge X competition. * Key audience members: Ohio State University President Karen Holbrook, Industry representatives. October 16, 2004: OSU Family Weekend Tours Columbus, OH * Gave a presentation to two tour groups of family members of Ohio State students on a previous hybrid competition and the current Challenge X competition. * Key audience members: Ohio State student family members. July 21, 2004: High School Presentation Columbus, OH * Gave a presentation on a previous hybrid competition and the current Challenge X competition to high school students attending Ohio State�s summer engineering institute for talented high school students. * Key audience members: High school students. July 4, 2004: July 4th Parade Upper Arlington, OH * Participated in a July 4th parade with the OSU hybrid vehicle from a previous hybrid competition, while promoting the current Challenge X competition. * Key audience members: Community, media.
