October 24, 2007 was a great day for OSU football with a win over the Penn State Nittany Lions as well a great day for the OSU ChallengeX Team. The team met up with the Penn St. ChallengeX team outside of Beaver Stadium to show off their vehicles. This trip served several very important purposes. Most importantly it served as a test run for the truck. With an approximately 750 mile round trip, our truck was put under the perfect limits for the upcoming competitions. The truck was proudly driven by team members and made it the whole trip with no problems. Secondly, both Challenge X teams were able to display their vehicles to show off all their hard work and answer questions from the public.
We would like to thank our friends from Penn State for their hospitality in hosting our team for the weekend. The trip was a great experience for the team and the truck and fun was had by all.
