Ah but we are not quite ready to "head out on the highway." However, do to the Incredible Mr. Disalvo, or Jason "Hey let's wire that backwards" Disalvo, it is close. In spite of the middle name, this guy is, dare I say it? Yes. GENIOUS! Super Smart. This guy is as cool as ice or least as cool as an autumn breeze. He performs magic. He is the Houdini of CAN. El es el presidente de milagros. Il est notre maître aimé des systèmes de véhicule. Er ist König aller elektronischen Sachen. He is "The Boy Wonder" incarnate! He has even been seen in green tights and an orange shirt but we do NOT tell him we let that get around.
To put this simply, you say, I want the EM rear drive to respond to vehicle throttle input and he does it. You say I want the ICE front drive to respond to vehicle throttle input and he does that. So, you say, "Okay Mr. Incredible, Mr. Ice in veins, I want both to respond" and he says, "What's the split?"!!! Man if only those half shafts were here already. Man if I was half as savvy as this guy, well I'd be half as savvy. But man is this a very exciting time! Can we do the ascending applause for Jason "Systems Integration" Disalvo? Because Systems Integration IS his middle name. All of this to say, we have throttle control baby. That means that once our control strategy is in place . . . well, you know.
