With the help of the folks at Edison Welding Institute (The ONLY institute in North America that offers an ABET accredited Welding Engineering degree) we have completed fabrication of a custom fuel tank. We managed to fit an 8.5 gallon fuel tank in a small, oddly shaped space thanks to these guys, and it looks good. I mean real good. It was welded together but you'd think the aluminum was born that way.
