When we finally got approval to cut the floor we waisted no time. That sucker got a hole cut in it. And now that hole is filled with a ballard drive. Jason Disalvo and his team worked themselves down two waist sizes (and if you have seen these guys, you know they did not have much to lose already) and not only got that hole cut, the bracket made, and the EM in, but are already starting to communicate with the sucker. Nice work guys! Meanwhile we overcame our differential problem and now we will be able to use the EM in both modes. Meanwhile, at the other end of the vehicle, Courtney and I worked all weekend on returning the engine to the compartment (we removed it to switch carriages and make more accurate mounting brackets), this time with the wheel assembly and the steering assebly in place. It looks good in there. As soon as some half shafts arrive we will have a moving vehicle again. Kris and Eric (no, the other one) got the fuel tank started so we can get it made by a pro. John and his team have done more work on the batteries and their placement. Everything is moving pretty smoothly. Wanna see it? Stay right there and when we come back, we'll show what it looks like!
