We received a much needed part from Ricart Ford, here in Columbus, yesterday. This wonderful little monster has given us the opportunity to have our drive shaft for the rear drive made. We received the drive shaft today and now we can begin the process of fitting our Ballard motor into the Equinox. First step is to machine an adapter plate that will allow us to couple the Ballard motor to the drive shaft. Once that is done we will start cutting the big hole in our Equinox. Bring out the Plasma cutter!
Similarly on the front drive. We have finally received all the parts for our IMA. Now we can start milling the adapter plate for that and within the next two weeks we can get the Diesel and the IMA on the engine dyno and start getting the front drive train running.
